IndepenDisc is throwing our Annual Birthday Bash
on Saturday Aug. 31st at Cafe` 9 in our Hometown of
New Haven, CT.

After playing last years 3rd Birthday Bash, Portland Maine's own Power Pop sensations WOW, is returning to kick-off this years Bash! ["The crowd was rockin' and we had a blast!" - Peter Buckley, WOW] Following WOW will be New Haven's Legendary Alterna-Root Rockers The Mocking Birds. Front man James Velvet had so much fun attending last years party ["This is the way to have fun"] that he offered up The Mocking Birds and their "Last Saturday of the Month gig at Cafe` 9" for this years soiree - An Honor that IndepenDisc appreciates more than we can express with words. Finally, Headlining, and closing out the evenings festivities will be Fonic Facade. A relative newcomer to the CT Local scene, their preview/sampler CD has us groovin' to their slick Modern Jam Rock.

All of which adds up to a Rockin' evening of Birthday Party Bliss. Our Host for the evening will be the ever congenial Frank Critelli, lending not only his emcee abilities, but a song or two in-between the band sets.

There will be Music, Birthday Cake, Music, Birthday Presents, Music, a Birthday Raffle, Music, Good Fun, Music, Good People, Music, and a Good Time to be had by all.
